Our team has been guiding on Bosnia’s rivers for over 20 years. In that time we’ve come to know these waters well — where the fish hold, how the seasons change, and what it takes to put you in the right spot at the right moment. It’s the kind of knowledge that only comes from spending years on the same rivers, season after season.
A few of our guides are national fly fishing champions, and they’re always happy to share what they’ve learned along the way. Whether you’re just starting out or already have years of experience, they’ll gladly help you improve your casting, refine your technique, or simply pick up a few new tricks on the water.
Fishing is what brings people to us, but we try to take care of everything else too. From transfers and accommodation to meals and the small details in between, we want your trip to run smoothly so you can focus on what matters — enjoying your time on and off the river.

Ive got to say the team were absolutely brilliant. I was picked up from the airport on time and delivered to the Ribnik without any problems, the driver was a great chap and we we had a good laugh! I was met the next day by the Misty team and my allocated Guide was Djoro a very experienced local angler who knew all the tricks and secrets of the local rivers. We fished hard for three days catching up to over 80 fish a day with dry fly and euro nymping was absolutely deadly. We ate nice food and drunk beers in the evenings ive made friends for life with team misty.. I would highly recommend anyone that wants to have the best experience with local guides and out of hours access to there fully stocked fly shop Misty Adventures are no1!
Saša and Mladen are exceptionally good guides. Very nice persons, great experience in fly fishing, and good understanding of people. Always gives you the exact amount of attention during fishing. They are both great in spotting fish and letting you know how you should fish for them. One learns a lot with them during a day fishing, even if you’ve fly-fished for half a century. I would recommend them to anyone irrespective of their experience in flyfishing
We had some great days fishing on the Ribnik River. The fishing was excellent, and the guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we had a really enjoyable experience. It was a memorable trip, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
