This adventurous all-inclusive package combines three days in Croatia’s hidden canyon rivers with three days on Bosnia’s crystal-clear waters.
The total duration is 6 days of fishing and 7 nights of accommodation.
Fly fishing in Croatia offers technical, remote canyon beats where anglers target large wild brown trout. The journey then continues into Bosnia, where you experience exceptional sight-fishing for grayling and brown trout in pristine rivers.
Across seven nights, guests enjoy varied and demanding fishing, dramatic scenery, and expert local guiding as the itinerary moves from rugged canyon waters to clear, wild rivers.

Single-room supplement (groups of 2+): If any guest requests a private single room, a 150 EUR supplement per person applies for the stay.

Transport from airports – We arrange pick‚ up and drop‚ off timed to your arrival and departure so your trip is hassle‚ free. For this package the best option is Split Airport, the shortest drive to the lodge and ideal as either your arrival or departure airport. Other suitable airports include Zagreb, Sarajevo, Tuzla, Zadar and Banja Luka; flights into any of these can be used for the alternate end of the itinerary. Contact us with your flight details and we, coordinate transfers.
Fishing licences for all rivers visited, All required permits and river licences are handled by us, so you can fish legally and immediately upon arrival without extra paperwork.
Daily guiding with experienced local guides, Our professional guides know the rivers, hatches, and best runs; they provide instruction, reading water, and local knowledge to maximize your fishing time.
Full board, Meals include a mix of on‚ the‚ river lunches and restaurant dinners (arrangements vary by day), with opportunities to try authentic local dishes and accommodate dietary preferences noted in your pre, trip survey.
Accommodation in a riverside lodge, Stay in comfortable lodge rooms located at the river‚ edge, offering easy access to fishing, relaxing common areas, and scenic views.

This is a six-day technical fly fishing experience, split between Croatia (3 days) and Bosnia (3 days), best suited for April, May, and early June.
Croatia Section
The Croatian part focuses on a remote canyon river (name not publicly disclosed) with wild brown trout. This is highly technical fishing requiring precise presentation, long casts (15–20 m), and sometimes deeper wading. Catch rates can be low, but the reward is large, powerful trout.
Evening hatches are especially productive, with caddis, mayflies, stoneflies, and damselflies creating excellent dry-fly opportunities.
In lower sections, anglers may also target large grayling on nymphs and dry flies. In late May and early June, half-day grayling sessions are often combined with evening canyon fishing for big trout.
Bosnia Section
The Bosnian part focuses on grayling and brown trout in crystal-clear rivers. This is prime sight-fishing water with excellent dry-fly opportunities and consistent nymphing action. Spring insect activity makes this period especially productive.
This package is designed for anglers who prefer quality over quantity, targeting strong, wild fish in natural environments.
Bosnia and Herzegovina is not in the EU, so if you land outside Bosnia (for example at a Croatian airport) you will cross an international border on arrival; a valid passport is required and you should check visa rules for your nationality. The local currency is the Bosnian Convertible Mark (BAM), though many shops and restaurants also accept EUR. Cards are widely accepted, but some smaller businesses do not take them, so carry some cash in EUR or BAM for convenience.In Croatia , local currency is EUR. Most of the places accept card, however we still recommend having some cash with you.
For the Croatia days we suggest 5 – 6 wt rods, 9 – 10 ft in length, paired with long leaders of 15 – 20 ft and tippets in the 3 – 4X range to allow delicate presentation at distance. For the grayling sections in Croatia and for the Bosnia fishing, use lighter 3 – 5 wt rods, 9 – 11 ft long, with similarly long 15 – 20 ft leaders and finer tippets (up to 7X when specifically targeting grayling). Good thermal clothing is essential as the rivers are cold. We do not recommend hip waders for this package because some Croatian spots require deep wading; chest waders that allow safe deep entry are preferred. Both felt-soled and Vibram-soled boots are acceptable‚ choose what you‚ comfortable and confident wading in.
